    Insula at the 26th edition of Artigiano in Fiera 2022

     

    From 3 to 11 December, Sardinia was present at the 26th edition of the "Artigiano in Fiera" market exhibition at the Fieramilano Rho.

    For the occasion, Insula – the Agrifood and Territorial Marketing division of CIPNES, accompanied the public on a journey

    to discover the workshops of Sardinian master craftsmen. A fascinating journey and identity

    among the manufacturing of typical island pasta, artistic breads, traditional desserts, Sardinian carpets, yarns transformed into works of art by designers,

    to then discover the secrets of the master goldsmiths, of the working of coral and of hand-engraved and hand-painted ceramics.

    With the strategic marketing program "INSULA - Sardinia Quality World",

    promoted by the Department of Tourism, Crafts and Commerce of the Region of Sardinia

    and by INSULA, the Agrifood and Territorial Marketing division of the CIPNES body,

    the Region of Sardinia, also in the context of the Artigiano in Fiera event in Milan,

    has focused on the representation of an identity and sustainable promotional formula

    in which the destination Sardinia was told through its production excellence

    (artistic craftsmanship, fashion, design and food and wine), in one itinerary

    experiential and immersive between traditions, villages, paths, archeology and active tourism.

     

     

    The real protagonists of this fair were our master craftsmen, who passed on their knowledge,

    passion, tradition and know-how to the curious patrons of the fair.

    Davide Simula he masterfully worked the red gold of Sardinia, the coral

     

    Simonetta Bazzu presented the ancient and traditional workings of artistic bread and pasta

     

    Mercedes Enne and the skilful creation of wonderful ceramic creations, between tradition and innovation

     

    Andrea Patteri, showed his know-how as a master goldsmith at the Milanese event

    Sardinia is also a symbol of conviviality and food and wine. Insula has created a Sardinia Gourmet point

    where onlookers and visitors were able to try some of the excellent dishes of our tradition

     

     

     

     

     

    In the Sardinia area it was possible to attend a suggestive daily program of artistic animation events

    characterized by dances and parades of traditional island clothes, identity musical performances,

    presentations of the mystical masks of the island's tradition.
