A low-fermented blonde beer with a pronounced bitterness, golden yellow in colour, it is characterized by floral aromas given by the use of flowering hops. Balanced and elegant... but easy to drink.
Light beer belonging to the category of English Ale, slightly alcoholic and hopped. It has a herbaceous and fruity aroma, a light body, bitter but balanced by malt aromas reminiscent of toasted bread. Golden amber in colour, it goes well with fatty meat dishes and fried foods, which allow you to appreciate the notes of hops without overloading their bitterness.
It is the name by which the British define traditional beer. High fermentation beer with plenty of foam and moderate alcohol content. ALE, complex, old gold coloured with copper reflections and full bodied, is distinguished by its extraordinary balance between malt flavours and citrus/fruity scents of English hops. A wonderful beer that identifies the great passion of the brewer Dolmen.
Double malt beer with a ruby red color and a compact and persistent ivory foam. On the nose it presents complex aromatic notes with hints of malt. The taste is medium-bodied and slightly warm. Despite the alcohol content, it is balanced and never pungent.
It's the real, original "Blonde" beer. This type of beer takes its name from the city of Pilsen, a city located in the Bohemian region of the Czech Republic. Beer produced with selected yeasts of low fermentation, a style that is very popular and widespread in several countries. Our brewer wanted to characterize it with a rich and complex aroma, malt scent and a bouquet coming from SAAZ hops. Its color is tending to pale gold with a creamy and thick foam and a pronounced bitterness given by the use of Bohemian hops.
The union of native Sardinian grapes gives rise to the "Barrile", Rosso with the denomination "Isola dei Nuraghi" labeled Contini. It is a Red that rests for at least a year in oak barrels, of first and second passage, to get to give an elegant and complex sip, in which the balsamic nuances and the spicy tertiary tones chase each other and alternate, going to make up a truly drink of high thickness, capable of leaving indelible traces in the minds of all those who are lucky enough to try it. It is a Rosso, the "Barrile", in which the Contini wineries contain over a century of enological knowledge and skills, offering us a prestigious and qualitatively excellent label.
